Membership and Access

Personal Account

Each account must belong to a single individual. Each person may hold only one account. ygn365 monitors for individuals — including family members or people sharing the same computer or IP address — who open multiple accounts.

Policy Violations

  • Duplicate accounts may be suspended
  • Funds and bonus credits may be forfeited
  • Access to further play may be blocked

Account Registration and Management

Accurate Information

You must provide complete and accurate personal information when registering an account. If false information is provided, ygn365 has the right to suspend that account.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. ygn365 cannot be held responsible for any losses that result from a third party accessing your account.

Account Closure Policy

ygn365 may immediately suspend an account for the following reasons—

  • Fraud or unfair play
  • Suspected involvement in money laundering
  • If caught placing arbitrage bets
  • Any offence that could harm ygn365's staff, customers, or platform

Deposit Methods

You can deposit at ygn365 via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer.

The minimum deposit per transaction is 3,000 Ks.

Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Funds will arrive within 10 to 45 minutes after a successful withdrawal.

Depositor Ownership

When depositing to ygn365, you must only use payment methods registered in your own name. If a deposit is made using a third party's payment method, that deposit may be rejected and the account may be suspended.

Withdrawal Verification

ygn365 may review any withdrawal at any time. Withdrawals will only be processed once the registered account details have been fully verified during this review process.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

ygn365 offers a 100% first deposit bonus — up to 300,000 Ks — for first-time depositors.

Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount first.

Example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks.

Bonus Restrictions

  • Each bonus can only be claimed once
  • ygn365 may monitor for combining different bonus types during an active bonus
  • ygn365 reserves the right to change promotion terms without prior notice
  • If fraudulent bonus use is detected, the bonus and any winnings from it may be forfeited

VIP Tiered Cashback

ygn365's VIP programme has 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold—

  • Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
  • Silver — up to 0.7% cashback per week
  • Gold — up to 1.0% cashback per week

VIP tier progression is based on a player's gaming history and loyalty. ygn365 has the final say on VIP tier decisions.

Gameplay Conduct & Prohibited Behaviour

Fair Play

Games on the ygn365 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes. No player may attempt to predict game results in advance or manipulate connections in any way.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Using bots or automated software to play
  • Intentionally exploiting software bugs on the platform for gain
  • Logging into the same account from multiple devices simultaneously
  • Colluding with other players to pre-arrange wins and losses

If ygn365 detects any of these violations, the player's deposits, bonuses, and winnings may be forfeited and the account permanently suspended.

  • ygn365 is not responsible for losses caused by platform outages or international network issues.
  • The player agrees to play only within their own financial means.
  • For any losses related to ygn365's services, ygn365's liability shall not exceed the amount to be returned to the player.

Termination of Agreement

ygn365 reserves the right to suspend service to any player without prior notice — including where a breach of these terms is suspected. If a player requests account closure, they must be able to withdraw any remaining funds after all transactions are settled — it should be understood that amounts that have not met bonus requirements may be forfeited.

Section 12

General Provisions

  • If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable by a court, the remaining parts will continue to be in effect.
  • If ygn365 does not take immediate action on a breach of these terms, that does not constitute a waiver.
  • The player may not transfer this agreement to a third party.
  • Actions taken by ygn365's officers, agents, and contractors are also considered actions of ygn365.
